| Crowley Lake is the Eastern Sierras premier trout fishing lake. There are many trophy size Rainbows, Cutthroats and Browns that come out of this lake yearly. You can either still water nymph or strip streamers for some of these fish. In the last few years still water nymphing has become very popular and extremely productive with little work. In the fall, there's nothing like getting your arm ripped off by a monster "Bow" engulfing your fly on the strip. However you fish Crowley, you're likely to tangle with a monster.
